Hi Guys,

I recd ITA on 27-Nov-2015 and did my medicals on 12/12/2015..

I am done with all my docs and am plng to submit my applciation today..However , there was an issue with my medicals..Doctor has shared Thyroid gland enlarged issue to the CIC..

Hence I decided to do blood tests in the local hosptiial..Today my blood tests was out and looks that my TSH is high (6.2)..Normal range is 0.3-4.2..
My Panel physician just mentioned as per the below comment..

"Asymmetrically enlarged thyroid gland with diffuse coarse echotexture showing cystic areas.
Suggested further evaluaion"

Shall i go ahead and submit my application and take the treatment in the local hospital..
Please adivce guys..

Go ahead and submit your application. Cic would not reject your application base on this. Worst case scenario, they may require you to undergo treatment and re-testing.

Submit your app now and start appropriate treatment immediately

I don't think they reject the application. They might tell you to undergo few tests to determine if you have something major.

For me I was told to go under TB culture tests which took like 4-5 months. But once they determined I did not have TB I was issued the visa immediately. It was not for PR but student visa.

They just want to make sure you are not a burden to the healthcare

Blood test is done to check HIV Syphilis. Urine checks for urea protein ..x Ray to detect TB. I don't think thyroid will ever be a issue. Go tension free. Good luck
