HIGH BP- Do I need to mention it on Letter of Explanation (LOE)?

hi,

I went to upfront medical exam and found out I had high BP (145/95) . They referred me to a cardiologist and he did ekg. The panel doctor has uploaded the e-medical. I will submit my E-APR soon. now , my question is:
Do I need to mention about going to cardiologist and high BP issue on letter of explanation (LOE) while completing the E-APR?

You do not need to mention anything on LOE. The medical report will have everything in that.
