There's a similar issue here. I have someone that applied to a bachelor's programme in Canada after having A bsc and masters. He only tendered his o level because bsc and masters weren't needed for the undergraduate studies. The visa was denied based on 'not enough home ties'. The report reads he doesn't have enough home times and he hasn't established if he will be coming back after studies. He now wants to apply back for a Canadian visa and confused if he should tender all his certificate or still use the o level because he has done biometrics for the first one that was rejected. Pls how can you advice him. Thanks

So lied on his study permit application and it was refused. Now wants to know if he should include BSc and Masters when he lied on first application. Has he changed his program? How old is he? What are ties to return? How did her justify costs with education and career advancement? PAL? These are all questions he must answer.

It was a big mistake to lie in the first application. I think your friend should look into studying in another country since he has created a bad situation for himself in Canada. Or alternatively, he needs to be fully truthful in his new application and explain why he hid this information in his first application.
