hello
I send my bachelor degree for student visa but I got refused because the officer did not satisfy that I live canada after study. Now I apply for express entry but I want to use my master degree, is it risky for me? because for student visa I did not send my master

Others can comment but not declaring anything could be considered misrepresentation given of course you are in the system for the student refusual.

How do you plan to explain leaving the masters off previously given saying you forgot for example isnt going to work. Why would you even do such a thing given was bound to be discovered at some point as now when you need it and sure it might have made a difference applying for just a PG diploma but you got rejected anyway.

Personally not sure what to recommend given if you leave off again assume you dont get the points you need, but leaving off again you just add to the potential misrepresentation. If you include it and write an explanation letter you bring attention to the fact so a potential no win situation.

Will leave to others to add a view as I am not recommending any course of action.
