Hi, as far as I understand the only visa you could apply for is a TRV I don't believe there is any so called student dependent visa option.

It is often difficult to get a visa to visit a student spouse in Canada. I think they refused you since you are a house wife, and in that sense you don't have strong ties to your country. They think you simply won't leave Canada, they don't really care that your father is your sponsor as that doesn't prove to them you will return home.

You have to show them proof you will come back, usually that is in the form of a job letter showing you are expected to return and are working in a reputable organization. Another thing could be showing them that you are enrolled in school in your country.

Other options could be trying to apply for a student visa yourself, or simply having your husband visit you in your home country.

Thank you for your reply. I have to proof them that i have to come back. Recently I join a kindergarten school as a teacher, if i submit a leave letter from there, then it will work or they want any office leave letter. If I show them a huge amount of money in my bank account it will work or not?.Can I apply for international spouse visa.

Hi, you just apply for a TRV visa, there is no separate international spouse visa.

Yes you have to prove to them that you will come back.

Provide them an official job letter from your employer stating when you started, your salary, your importance to the company, and when they expect you back. Yes it's also good to show them that you have money to support yourself for the duration of your trip, show them a return ticket, proof of short term travel health insurance is also a good thing -(though it isn't required, it can't hurt and it's always a good idea to have it ).

No one can tell you if it'll work or not, you just have to apply and see, good luck.
