Hi Dear, I am from Philippines and currently hired as Food Service Supervisor. I already submit all my needed requirements to mu agency and already signed a contract. My only remaining lacking requirements is my upfront medical examination. I am HIV positive since May of 2019 and I am using the ARV combination of Lamivudine/zidovudine and Efavirenz. Base on my last medical test from my Health care provider my viral load is less than 42copies meaning it is undetectable for the past year. I also done medical exam for TB, Hep and Syphilis and all are in normal result. I recieved also vaccination for pneumococal and flu vaccine. For the application for my upfront medical do I need to disclose my HIV status? How many percentage that I will pass my medical examination. Helloo, please the IRCC sent me a letter today. It says


Submissions: As per the medical assessment, you have a diagnosis of HIV Positivity -
Asymptomatic.
Please provide a detailed health care plan on how you will meet your medication and required
health services.
Please provide proof of funds on how you will be able to afford these health care expenses apart
from the expected cost associated to be a student in Canada.
What would I have to do, can somebody help me
