I am from India i belongs to sikh religion and my wife is from canada she belongs to first nation of canada and i m 30 now and sge is 18 yrs older than me we met online over faceFace in dec 2014 and we fell in love and i proposed after 8 days later we met and she came in India 2015 feb and we did marriage in march and she went to back and she came back for next trip was in dec 2015 she applied spobssponso aplicaappli and we got denied they said i m sikh and she is christion and our marriage is not valid abd not guineuine relationship .after that we got marriage act copy and send them its legal vaild and then accept that it is legally valid according to india marriage act law and we filed appealed against immigration decision firstly we got letters from them we got ADR But couples days ago of ADR date they send letter n cancelled and said that its its need for full hearing so on 20 june 2019 we had hearing immigration still stucks there of there refusal decision even we have lots evedence such as phone bills , hotels bills , wataspp chat videos calls pics and lots pictures of second trip recently all evidence we have . We are still in contact with each other but immigration saying you and your wife's has different culture , different nations, different religions, age difference , education difference and all bullshit they are saying we love each other and want to be each other immigration dont want to see how much we have evidence after marriage just singing one tune age , culture , religion , nation difference , so m very much sad now juaj we went for hearing and then they said they will let us know within 3 months . I don't know what will gappha so please guid us what will happen in next tgthr months , can they make poaposit decision or negative if They make negative so what we have to do please help ussssss
