i am just new to this group. My question is i have my PGWP and i have a casual position and NOC level B. if there is a position available, it will be given to me. Can i use this to apply for an SOWP or do i have to wait to av a part time or full time position? aAgain CIC was not specific on the status of job required. Also, any ideas on documents that should be used as proof. Also, when CIC grants SOWP do they tell the spouse they have to be in Canada at a particular date? thanks.

You have to wait until you have full time employment in a NOC A, B or 0 job. When you apply for the SOWP, you will need to provide a letter from your employer confirming your job title, pay and full time status. You will also need to provide at least one pay cheque (provide 2-3 if you can).
