Hi..I am a nigerian and i live in the united kingdom on a resident permitt and i have just engaed my spouse from canada when she came to the Uk to visit me..She went back to canada after a month later..what is the next step to take if i want to move to canada??..

You must either get married or live together for a full year to become common law. She will be able to sponsor you once you are either married or common law.
