My friend wants to Divorce his Wife..who is waiting to get P.R. ( Sponsor ) in India...if he apply now..is the Sponsor will Cancel..or she can come to Canada..please help me in this matter..

If he wants her to be able to come to Canada, he can not divorce her until after she gets PR.
