you already posted this question not too long ago. remember that people on this forum are all over the world in different time zones. posting the same question numerous times is not going to get a quicker response. your question is not an easy one, so you need to be patient and wait for those familiar with criminality issues to see it before reposting...

Sounds like you've spoken to a couple of immigration lawyers already. If you haven't yet engaged a top-of-the-line immigration lawyer - do it now. This is not a do-it-yourself case. Expect to spend 3-5K.
