Hi Urgent please help! Need to know documents for spousal work permit for sponsored applicants..?

Hi if anyone has applied or recently got their spousal work permit approved please let me know documents needed for it.
my agent is saying I need lot of documents showing finances, relationship proof etc. but when I check online videos and checklist only show some limited documents which does not include these.
If someone can help please.

Are you sure this applies for sponsored applicants since it mentions temporary workers…. ?

What is her status in Canada? If so has she received AOR.

Yes we received the AOR. She is currently on Pgwp but its expiring next month and the application of PR is currently in process.

So apply for an Open Work Permit and include the AOR (as pdf) email in that application.

The relationship proof is in your Family Class Sponsorship application. Not in the OWP.
Include what is required in the OWP application.

My advice is follow what is on the ircc website, not youtube not someone's webpost.
IRCC changes policy and rule frequently.

Bluntly, it sounds like your 'agent' is trying to scare you into paying for their services. Is it a registered agent in Canada?

Fire them. Do the forms yourself. It's not that complicated.

The issue is that the ircc website does not have a specific checklist for this type of application just whats on their site hence its a bit confusing. That is why I wanted to know if someone has applied the same they could guide me.

follow the link and the instruction. There are specific instruction for OWP
e.g.

How to fill out the application form
When you fill out your work permit application form, enter the following details in the “Details of intended work in Canada” section:

• Box 1: What type of work permit are you applying for?
  • Select “Open Work Permit.”
• Box 4: Job title and Brief description of duties
  • Enter “SCLPC FC OWP” in the Job title box.
  • Enter “SCLPC FC applicant in Canada public policy” in the Brief description of duties box.

they're to be entered to different fields/boxes

• Enter “SCLPC FC OWP” in the Job title box.
• Enter “SCLPC FC applicant in Canada public policy” in the Brief description of duties box.
