I am already have PR application from canada under the family class, I wanna send the an application for an open work permit, my file was transfered to a local Cic office, where can I send my application for an open work permit? to the local office or other cic office?

I have other thing to ask about it, I heart that I am allowed to apply for PR under the skills worker while I have other application under the familly class, My quastion is can I apply for skills worker to CIC office in my country while I am here in canada with my wife?

And, my occupation is one of the 38 which CIC mentioned on the web site, I dont have like TOFEL or other, but regarding my work experience I was used the English language in my work in hotels, does this will be enough or I have to have TOFEL or other to be able to apply??

You can try applying for open work permit, you should send to CIC but if you don't have AIP yet, you are unlikely to get it.

Apparently there is nothing that forbids you to have more than one application for PR at the same time. Read the instructions for the skilled worker application. If your occupation is one of the 38, you will send your application to Sydney. CIC asks for IELTS, not TOEFL and you are allowed to provide other data proving that you should get however many points you are giving yourself for English but very likely they will make you take IELTS anyway.

You can ask Sydney to have your file processed in your homeland and after they have verified that you qualify, they will let your local office know about your case and let you know to send your documents there.
