firstly you can go for MOrden Immigration (Manitoba sub Category), Then you may try for SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Programme), In this, you will choose EE or OID (which will open most probably by SEpt or OCT. 2016, and compulsorily on 2 Jan. 2017. EE category is comparatively tough rules/regulations than OID, But OID processing time is too long (about 21 months whole process)

well express entry is the best for now, fast, accurate, i advise you to apply for that, but if ur not in that line, there are other options, like federal skill worker, pronvincial nominations, work permit, temporary skill workers, etc well all these has its own rules and guideline, choose wisely
