hello there! I have a a question, I’m already a PR im canada for three years and i can process my papers for citizenship anytime. My question is, is there any chance that i could sponsor my boyfriend and live with me? He is positive in hiv but undectable and very healthy. I read i can thru tourist visa? I just need some help thank you

You must be either married or common law in order to sponsor him. To be classified as common law, you must live together continuously for at least one full year. And yes - you can sponsor him if he is HIV positive.

Thank you so much for responding my message. Sycella, but we’re both male. And we’re just exes and just got back together. And just delete all of our conversations and pictures before but im going home this april to visit him for a month. Is anything i can do? To proved that we know each other for a long time ago?
