i submit my spouse sponsorship 2weeks ago to cic.but i did'nt get any email from them since now? how long should i wait? if they recieved it?

Did you register for the text message notification once they receive?. You might have to wait around a month, right now AOR are taking a bit longer, even some people from the second week of May have not get it yet.
