I am a Pakistani, had USA visit visa for 5 years. I went to USA twice before but this month when I went there, immigration officers refused our entry. My husband and kids were accompanied. Also they put a 5 year ban. No criminal record and no overstaying. What they wrote on paper is 'doubtful. I just want to know that can we apply for Canadian immigration after this? Does Canada share immigration information with USA?

They surely do and Canadian immigration will find out when they run background check on you.
You can still apply, but you'll have to declare in your application you were refused entry in USA

Yep. When you are filling up the statutory forms, there will be a question if you've ever been rejected entry or visa etc in any country.

You'd have to state where you were rejected and briefly explain.

Yes, they will find out.
First from you and then during their background checks.

But, if you were simply a victim of ongoing border chaos in US airports, you don't need to worry about this.
Just apply. It probably will take a while for them to process your application, but if you did not do anything wrong, you will be fine!

Hope this helps!
