My aunt is now a PR in Calgary, Alberta Canada. She wants to help me to work in canada so hinanapan niya ako ng employer back in January 2013 of last year. I was a call center agent at that time and I decided to stop working to focus on my application for working abroad. Nag training pa ako sa TESDA ng basic welding just to add some documents on my application. And yung boss niya ang naging employer ko, so she said na i aapply nya daw ako ng LMO as a Janitor, lumabas po ang aking LMO May 11, 2013 and pinadala po sakin sa pinas. Kinompleto ko po muna ang aking mga documents such as Diploma, Transcript of records, NBI and etc, I submitted my application October 23,2013 and after a couple of weeks naka receive na ako ng email for Medical Request. I did my medical November 5, 2013 ( I passed the Medical examination after checking the results 1 week after) and starting that day nag hintay na ako for the results of my application. I waited several months siguro mga 4 months ata yon until i received an email stating that "your processed visa will be delivered by the courier 24-48 hours from now", pero kinakabahan pa din ako noon dahil hindi naman stated doon sa email kung approved ba yung visa or not. The next day na received ko yung documents sa bahay namin and doon ko nakita yung refusal letter saying that: "You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay" several factors including:
* limited employment prospects in your country of residence
* your current employment situation
sobrang nalungkot ako nung nakita ko yung refusal letter, hindi ako makakain ng maayos sa kakaisip kung bakit ako na refuse. Parang isang iglap naglaho yung mga plano ko for myself and for my family. I told it right away sa tita ko na na denied nga yung visa ko and pinabasa ko sakanya yung refusal letter. Pati employer ko hindi makapaniwala kung bakit ako na denied pero sa tingin ko dahil wala akong trabaho nung nag apply ako sa CEM. Right now sabi ng tita ko i-rereapply daw niya ulit ako ng LMO and she will add some documents( I don't know what document is that), sad to say until now hindi nag rereply sakin tita ko if nakausap niya na yung employer ko, i don't know pero parang feeling ko yung employer ko is no longer interested in helping me. but i am still hoping na makapunta talaga ako sa canada. Sa ngayon po lagi akong tumitingin sa internet ng mga job opportunities in canada hanggang sa makita ko itong forum na ito, lalo akong nagkaroon ng lakas ng loob na maging matatag at laging mag dasal na sana one day ibigay din sakin ni GOD ito. and hoping na makahanap ako ng bagong employer na makakatulong sakin. Gusto ko talaga makapag abroad para makatulong sa pamilya ko at saaking sarili na maging successful. Right now I am working as a Service Crew in Mcdonalds, kaka start ko lang po and still hoping na makapunta sa canada. Maraming salamat po
