I did my test on may 1 frist and after the test the CIC send me fingerprint letter . But it almost and my now i sitll didn't received any email or mail i call the CIC the agent said to me you have to wait any one knows please what it mean at all

Sorry but I couldn't understand the second part of your question. Did you send the fingerprints already?
If you did all you can do is wait for an update.

If you have done your FP and elected to have the RCMP send directly to IRCC, you won't get any notification that they were received. (I"m assuming this is your question.)

I didn.t get any mail or letter for fingerprints from cic they send me fingerprint letter. But i sitll didn't received any email or mail from cic .
Which CIC the agent said to me we send the litter for fingerprint it was frist of may it is almost and of may sitll no letter for fingerprints .

my advice is to wait for this week and if you did not receive the letter call them again and ask to resend the letter or even email it to you so you can print out , take it to the agency

IRCC typically gives 30 days timeframe to have the FP taken. In case FP is not taken within stipulated period of 30 days , it could possibly result in some delays in App. processing. So don’t waste time and please call IRCC and tell the agent that you haven’t received FP letter yet. Also may consider sending them a web form too.
