I have got the IELTS result on 18th of October

I have got over all band of 6.0

Listening 6.5, speaking 6.5, Reading 6.0, Writing 5.0, Overall band 6.0

Am I eligible to apply for the Federal Skilled worker class ?

No - you're not eligible. You need to score a minimum of 6 in each of the four IELTS categories to qualify. Your score in writing is too low. You need to write the test again.

No you are not

Since the minimum score allowed per section is a "6" - you'd have to increase your writing score on your next try
