HI CAN U PLZ HELP ME OUT..I AM APPLYING FOR SECOND TIME..!

hi i was rejected last time bcoz of funds ..
last time i have showed my father annual income as 2lakhs 90 thousands and a bank loan of 7.20
i have applied for conestega college for mobile computing ..!!
its 2yrs course of 12lakhs
now i am applying for again changing my funds as
BANK LOAN OF 13LAKHS
FATHER INCOME AS SAME NO CHANGE 2LAKHS 90 THOUSAND
MOTHER INCOME AS 3LAKHS 50THOUSAND AS RENTAL INCOME
GRAND FATHER AS SPONCER..HE HAS 40 THOUSAND AS PENSION ...SO HE S ANNUAL INCOME AS 4LAKHS 80 THOUSAND..!!
PLZ HELP ME OUT IS IT OK ..?? OR SHLD I CHANGE ANY THING..!!
