Please help me knowing how provinces pick up the application from the pool?
What's the criteria??

Each province has their own rules. Follow the specific threads here to understand those intricacies.

If Ontario is any indicator, provinces are looking for people with at least Bachelors, above average English skills and experience. Wouldn't hurt at all to have a job offer as well.
