I have received ITA and is in the process of filling the application. I have a reference letter given by a qa senior as well from a development manager.I am applying under 2174 noc, does it make more sense to take the reference from the development manager. But I have submitted my application to the province from the qa senior and is it okay to edit the reference letter once ita is received. Does CIC cross check the documents with province? can we give 2 reference letters?. Kindly suggest.
