Herzing college application

Please respond asap to my query..i applied for herzing college in montreal..i submitted my 10th 12th ielts trf and passport alongwith the form..do i need to submit my birth certificate ?? Wht else documents i need to submit ?? Moreover i did not receive any confirmation email from the herzing college that they have receieved my application or not..do they send such mails or not ???

They aren't picking up the telephone numbers..please if any immigration consultant who's well equipped with the knowledge of herzing..pls reply
