my gf has been here for over a year but her employers paid her cash and due to circumstances leading to her no longer working for these various employers her work permit was never completely finalised, basically she worked under the table for a year and now she is likely to be asked about this last year, what to do and what are the liokely consequences of this situation, filipina here on nanny program/ live in care giver
here on a working visa but ass far as c.r.s knows, no income (paid cash) help!
