Hepatitis B would be an issue to be denied for permanent resident ?

To all..I am newbie here..just wan quick inquiry regarding hepatitis B carrier applying for permanent resident and that would be a chance CIC will approve the visa ? What kind of blood test they conduct during medical examination?

Please help me on this matter...really appreciated your advise and comment
