hepatitis B...Please Help!

I have received medical from CHC isb but still I dont book appointment bcz I have hepatitis B in carrier state condition (not transferable as per hepatitis specialist ). I found it when I was donating the blood to charity. I knew the condition after my application, will this cause problem to my application?

Hepatitis is not effect on study permit. Even Hepatitis is not required in medical exam

The tests they perform are:
blood test for HIV/Aids and syphillis
Urine test to test your balls
Chest X-ray for TB
and general fitness level!
Dont worry for hepatitis .

Eye checkup, blood pressure, nose , throat , limbs,weight etc.........
