Hepatities B viruse

HI there,

I want to know about Hepatitis B virus.
If any one apply in Federal Skilled Worker in canada.but her husband carry for hepatitis B positive.
after then in medical test call, have possible to refuse her application ?
pls i want to know about that

Hepatitis B and C and AIDS viruses very very rarely be -ive after treatment they usually run chronic course ,so if during medical they screen for such diseases definitely gonna affect the case...good luck
