HELPPP Medicals not updated

Hello,I did upfront medicals on july 22 but my medical was officially requested on july 30th and I sent the emedical slip via webform twice but it hasn’t been updated on my profile ,What else am I meant to do to make my medicals result become updated?

It will be updated soon. As long as you have uploaded your eMedical form with UMI and provided passport and other details to medical clinic. You'll be fine. IRCC might not send an acknowledgement email though.

When did u apply for visa?

Send Webform Inquiry and attach the document (either picture or scanned).
