Helping a family member to come to canada

I have an aunt who is seeking to help a family member whose age is 26, and has no mom and dad to come to canada. what is the possibility of issueing him the visa and what is the starting point? actually she knows nothing about visa but although she's a registered Nurse.

any canadian or someone who have had this kind of thing in the house???

1. As he is not under 18 and an orphan, she can't sponsor him, as she relatives in Canada, she also can't sponsor him.
2. If she lived in Saskatchewan, she may be able to assist him under the Family program.
3. Otherwise he will have to qualify as a Skilled Worker.
4. There are other routes through employment, but your Aunt can't help him.
