After many years spent in Canada I moved back to my old country in Europe. I am with Scotiabank, and it has no branches in Europe. In my Scotiabank online profile it is impossible to enter any non-Canadian address or a phone number. So every time my credit or debit card expires I need to waste a lot of time with customer support to instruct them where to send new cards. They always send them to my old Canadian address, so they need to be cancel and resend.
Is there any Canadian bank that I can move my banking to which is intelligent enough to know that we are living in a global world. Where I would be saved from above ordeal every time something expires.
