do we need to submit PCC (police clearance certificate) at the time of submitting Express Entry application?
Also, do we need to submit PCC again in final stage at the time of medicals?
if any member is from INDIA, can he / she tell normally how much time it takes to get PCC in INDIA and where to apply for it?
