Hi,
Please help,

I re applied for a Visitor Visa (send paper application to VAC in Los Angeles) and now the tracker on VAC website shows: Incomplete Application Package – Awaiting Applicant to Send Additional Documents to the VAC

I havent gotten any email explaining why? Could it be that I forgot to use my UCI on form IMM5257???

What should I do?

For sure this isn't about your UCI Number. It's not mandatory to state the UCI Number (but nonetheless, if you know it then state it)

They came back saying my vac fee as well as return courier was missed - so I immediately mailed a cashiers check and emailed them a scanned copy of the check. It's been more than 5 days till now and they still didnt change the status of my application -
does it mean that they still have not sent my passport to the Consulate?? Pls help! Thanks a million !
