Hi Folks ,

My LMO work permit is expiring in 5 months , My employer doesn't want to apply for LMO again ... i am now eligible to apply for PR under CEC class .... so if i apply for my PR now and if i get my File number (AOR) is 40-50 days.... can i wait for few days ( to make sure i have less than 4 months on my Work Permit) and apply for BOWP ?

Hi as far as I know you should apply for a PR asap and the reciept they give you,you can apply for a open bridge work permit that allows you to stay for there is a decision on your PR.

thanks for you reply...but my question is when i am on LMO worke permit expiring in 4 months ..can i apply for BOWP ( i have applied for PR under CEC and has AOR )

I think you apply asap as it has to be before four months of the expiry of your visa,better consult a lawyer asasp and apply

u cannot apply for BOWP if you have more than 4 months of valid work permit.. please check it again...
to be eligible for BOWP we need to have our work permit validity less than 4 months...please check the facts...

No. It's within four months. Meaning four months or less.
