HELP!

Hello,

I sent in my application in early April and was expecting to hear about it in early July. Yesterday (21st of August) was the first time that I was successfully able to sign in to check my status online, and it said that a letter was mailed to me on the 9th of July. I never received this letter, and now I'm unable to get through to anyone over the phone. I press "0" to speak to an agent and the automated message says I've selected an invalid option and repeats my options from the start.

I did manage to send off an email, but haven't heard anything and it warns that it may take weeks for them to get a reply.

Is there anything else I can do? Or is there any Immigration presence on this site that may help me?

Keep trying on the phone! I had to call them hours on end and it took me a couple weeks to get a hold of anyone!
And they also told me that they sent me a letter by mail. I had to keep calling, the first time theybtold me theyll resend it. Then i call again a mOnth later and i never got the second one either. The letter they finaly sent it to my email THREE months after my first one i was supposed to get. And it was that i have accepted to sponsor!!

Would it help you to ask for communication via email?

That's what I did. On our application I provided a communication email address. I've never received a letter. It's all digital.

Many get theirs via mail even if the e-mail is included (like mine). You just need to follow the prompts. If you're just pressing '0' you're not listening to the prompts. They can tell you the decision over the phone. The good news is, if you have been approved they have already transferred your file to the VO. So the delay in getting you the sponsorship letter won't delay your application.

You might even try emailing your VO. They might be able to shed some light, I say some light as I was told by my VO that they cannot access everything that CPC-M do, but they were able to tell me that my medicals were received. Perhaps worth a try.
