Help! Workplace closed down, I can't get employment letter.

Hello!

I worked at a school in 2009, but I found out that the place closed down a few years ago. I'm not in contact with the principal, don't even know where he is now. But I need to add that place in my foreign work experience to get more points. What should I do?

Would a letter from the ministry of education stating all that needs to be in the employment letter and mentioning the closure help, since every school is under the ministry?
I'd appreciate any kind of advice. Thanks in advance!
