I need help with my current situation below.
Currently I came to Canada on a closed work permit visa from my company ABC.
And the company gave me an offer, so letter of assignment from company stating that I will be working for the company in Canada for a period of 12 months.
I arrived in Canada a couple of weeks ago.
And I am currently for the same ABC company.
I am already qualified for the Express Entry Program with IELTS and other categories.
But my question is here the offer which my company gave me as letter of assignment can be considered for the arranged employment option for which will can gain some points.
I am very confused with that's questions about arranged employment.
Can some please help me to understand that if can show it as arranged employment.
And what can be the answer for the below question.
Has A*** been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
Yes or No
Because I got a 1 year offer can I say yes.
Please help me to understand and answer this.
