HELP!!! Work Experience Problems! URGENT!!!

I am currently filling out the permanent residency application after receiving an ITA. My problem is that for the work experience in the express entry, I placed 2 jobs relating to my NOC. The first job had 2.7 years experience and my current job has 4.4 years (Both Medical Laboratory Technologist). My problem is that I don't have full documents for the first job, I only have a reference letter which only states the period I worked for the company, my position and my job description/responsibilities. Although I also have my contract which shows my salary. I am missing the total working hours and my annual salary for my 1st job.

For my current job I can get all required documents.

Will there be an issue if I only upload these files for my first job? I still got the total max pts from express entry even if I only submit my current job.

The reason why I can't get the things that are required for my first job is that I am currently working in a different country compared to my first job.

I would advise you to write an LOE explaining your situation and tell them that you are not claiming points for the previous job. My situation was a little bit similar. Even though my spouse letter was submitted that did not contain all the required information, I still went with it and added an LOE stating that even if that were to be removed, I still have enough points , but sending it anyway to make sure I provide most updated information. This way you are gaining the officers trust. being honest and truthful is always the best way to go about it, even if it means going through certain delays.

You can move your first job from work history to personal history section since it doesn't affect your score. And give your explanation in LOE.

Thank You for your suggestion. I think I will just do as you suggested and omit my 1st job experience in the work experience area and just include it in the personal history. And I will write an LOE stating that my documents for this work experience is lacking and I have no means to get the said documents on time since I currently living in a different country, I will also state that regardless of this work experience I am still able to get the full marks for foreign work experience with my current job.

Should be a valid explanation.
