Help with WES sealed envelope

Can someone tell me exactly what should i include on the sealed envelope?

Also do i need to attach the "Academic Records request form", I am not sure if my college will accept to sign/stamp it.

What should i write on the sealed envelope, WES address or leave it blank and put it in another envelope (with WES address) to be sent to WES via Courier?

Can i include original documents?

If you are sending your bachelor/master degree then it photocopy of the degree should be verified by the designated authority.

Put in envelope and ask the same authority to seal it. It will be stamps in T Shape.

Put that envelope in another and put Canada WES address and must to mention your WES Reference number.

Use good courier service. It will reach WES In 3 days and you will get your evaluation soon.

No need to put academic record request form if it's bachelor/ master degree.

It's required for second and high school.

it all depends where u did your education from? Which country did u do your education from?
