Help with visitor visa application from Germany

Good day,
I am a Pakistani citizen but I am living in Germany due to studies. I have family in Canada and I want to visit them during semester break. Can someone please tell me the procedure? What's the processing time of this? TIA

well the processing times are not really accurate but i think its around 30 plus days for pakistan.you can apply via the new ircc portal it seems to be giving out responses faster.
 
Processing is from Germany not Pakistan. If eligible to travel then apply through new portal.

Would warn you that it can be very difficult to get a TRV while living temporarily in a 3rd country.
