Hi guys, I'm an international student here in Canada. My study permit expired on July 30th and I have applied for extension. I haven't got it approved still. My visa expired on July 30th as well. Now the situation is I have to travel to India for couple of weeks for some emergency and I don't have any visa to return. Anyone I speak to is telling me different things about Visa. My course is completed here, so I won't even get a letter from the college. I don't understand how do I apply for visa. Many even say its hard to get visa approved as my purpose of studying in Canada is completed. I'm not even graduated here. I don't know what to do. Can anyone suggest me please. Let me know if you need any more information about my case.
