I'm a Vietnamese student, I'm studying master in Italy. My girlfriend is in Montreal so I want to visit her next month.
I got refused once in June, mainly because of my stay permit in Italy was about to expired in 2 months. However, in the refusal, the officer indicated that they were not satisfy with
- travel history (I had my visa scanned with all stamps, but didn't put any previous boarding passes)
- immigration status (at that time my stay permit was about to expired in 2 months, my university enrollment wasn't renewed)
- purpose of visit (my fault, it was poorly describe, I just put Tourism
)
Now I'm preparing for another application:
- new enrollment for 2013-2014 academic year
- new Italian resident permit until September 2014
- a well written SoP (for visiting my girlfriend)
- 2-way flight, hostel booking, travel initiary
- others, like passport, 5257, schedule 1 (eventhough I dont think I will need it), 5645, photos, bank statement
Do you think that they are enough? Because I can't print previous boarding passes to other EU countries (who keeps those for even just 1 month, right?)
