Hi Everyone,
I worked as a junior product owner for Yoppworks Inc they provide technology services and builds products on the side they are currently located in Ottawa. I was hired there from June 11 to Aug 28th, 2018. They had lost a contract so they had to downsize and I was let go. My immediate supervisor no longer works there anymore and the HR personal that hired me passed away last year. So when I reached out to the office admin that knew me there last week she took care of it and got it signed by the VP of Finance who knew me working there. When I asked her if she could get it signed by someone from HR she said they currently don't have anyone. So I have an email thread of us having this conversation. Now my question is will it be a problem if I submit this letter and explain my situation to the officer in a separate email? I have all the other documents to prove my experience along with an offer letter from them with the job description. It's still the same content but has extra responsibilities in there that I didn't get a chance to do because of only being there for a short duration.

Also currently I am applying for the PR with two Noc codes one is from YoppWorks which is a Noc A and the other is from Giatec with Noc B. What should I use as the primary NOC when I create my profile. I have more experience with Giatec than YoppWorks. I am applying with only one year of experience.
