I'd really appreciate if someone can help me with my questions.
Story: I'm PGWP Holder with an NOC A (2132) job. I've been working since Oct 2021.
I married this year in July. It was an arranged marriage and we were in contact since July 2021, all online. I went back India at the end of June, we did court marriage on 2nd July and traditional wedding on July 8th. We went to Maldives for Honeymoon and I returned to Canada on 23rd July.
I'm applying for her SOWP.
1. How to strongly prove our relationship?
2. I've heard about many rejection stating you will not leave Canada, how to make application strong on that?
3. Do we both need to show funds or nothing but my NOC A job, work permit, Employment letter and salary slip would suffice? I can also attach my bank statement with $7600 in it right now.
4. She has meager 4 months work experience in 2020. After that due to Covid she didn't work, but was at home.
My father was self-employed and retired now. I take care of my parents. Her father is also self-employed. Her father owns a house and commercial property.
Can any recent approved applicant with similar scenario explain how you did with the application? Did you apply yourself?
