Help with reference letter ASAP! Please!

I worked for the same company for 4 years. The first year was an entry-level position, unskilled and I didn't claim this period as part of my Canadian Experience. For the next 3 years, I was moved to a different department and in a skilled job. I got a reference letter for the professional/skilled job, with the duty and everything.
My question is, do I have to include a LOE with the old (unskilled) position, and paystubs and ask for a reference letter although I am not claiming it as part of my Canadian experience? I just included it in the personal history section.
