Help With PR through PNP

Hello Forum Members,

I am 38 years old Software professional and I want to move to canada with my wife and daughter .

I tried to check my eligibility for express entry but I am getting around 425 points only

Question 1) Do I still qualify for Express entry ?
Question 2) I heard that if I do not qualify then I can nominate for PNP Process ? is it true ?
if yes then can anyone please help me understand
how do I nominate for this ?
Where do I check when the process starts ?
what is the eligibility for this ?

well you can also go for PNP too, find a pronvice u are familier with, then apply, but that age will reduce your points in nomination process
