Hey everyone!

We are about to submit all our immigration documents in less than a month! Currently we are organizing our PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP and I have decided to scan all the letters, upload pictures (adding captions), and other evidence (emails/skype/phone), and put them into a Microsoft Word document and organize the proof in a "timeline format" with proof divided in the months of our relationship, wedding and marriage.
***Has anyone else done anything similar to this? Is it okay for us not to put the pictures in a loose format, and instead organize them into "Word" document?

Anything that you wished you would have done with your documents or proof of relationship before you submitted?
Any tips you may have about organizing immigration documents?

Thanks so much for your help, we so greatly appreciate it and have been so inspired and given hope by many of your immigration stories in these forums.

We dropped the photos into Word and added information / captions - rather than sending them as individual / loose photos. Lots of people do this. You'll be fine.

I agree with Rosey. That's the guide I used too for our application! Scylla's suggestion is also very helpful. As long as you can prove through a few messages, skype logs (screenshots), photos (either loose or in a word file - which you print) you should be fine. I also added ticket confirmations, hotel confirmations, movie tickets, receipts that I kept, cards given to each other, some recommendation letters, maybe e-mails between you and his family and the other way around... anything that I thought it would be useful.

Best of luck!

Organizing nice package is good but don't go for just quantity. You don't need every single photos or email messages. Go for quality, gather different sort of proof. If you have diverse collection of evidence, much fewer than 100 pages is more than enough (of course some cases, more might be required). 3-inch thick package does not necessarily prove any better than 70-page package. Good luck!
