I worked as a research associate in R and D at the biopharma company. I am confused with NOC between NOC 2121 or NOC 2221. The reference letter that I got is not very descriptive and it is written very scientifically. When i read the description, I know my job fall under former NOC, which is category A and so is my education that is needed for it. While for later NOC, it is under B and it is like a technician work, while mine was more into research and using own brain and not just do assay as asked by my superviosor. I am very confused. Should to be on the safe side, add NOC B and then change later? I am worried that if round takes tomorrow, I might get selected with wrong NOC. urgent help please
