I worked for a government intelligence agency in operational security department. It was a professional job at management level. I chose NOC 0414 as it is related to government but now i see NOC 0114 which is similar but applied to other businesses. What do you think?Below duties performed:
  • Coordinate actions aimed at identifying and preventing situations which put at risk the operational security of the entity.
  • Consolidate the information coming from technical level and elaborate reports of the current security status of the entity.
  • Provide operational and technical guidelines to adjust operational security processes and procedures of the entity.
  • Supervise that the communication networks assigned to the unit are kept operational and secure.
  • Develop procedures related to monitoring activities and physical security surveillance conducted by operational security officials.
  • Design and supervise the on-boarding and training plan for the staff assigned to the unit.
  • Provide supplies for designing the action plan that allows to assess the efficiency of the operational security systems and tools implemented in the agency.
  • Contribute with knowledge and information about operational security.
  • Conduct all other functions that are delegated by the immediate supervisor framed within the constitution and current laws on the subject matter.
