I have been working as a Credit card associate (Customer contact centre associate) with BMO since Sept 2022 and am getting an opportunity to get promoted to the role of Personal Lending Specialist and am pretty confused as to if this role comes under the Financial Services Representative - 63102 which comes under the TEER 3 or NOC B requirements for Express entry.
This personal lending role would majorly include applications for credit cards, lines of credit, mortgages, loans, mortgage refinancing and reviewing customers' lending schemes along with making credit granting decisions. It can also include managing transactional outcomes of customers' accounts and advising customers on borrowing and lending strategies for their finances.
I know it matches the description that my job describes in the role but is not 100% the same as what the 63102 Code describes in its Main Duties section and that is what is confusing me the most. Also, I saw some of the Indexes of Titles under this 63102 Financial Services representatives TEER code and it says some of the titles could be "Merchant services specialists - Financial", "Lending Services Trainee" and "Lending Services officer", so would this also mean that my title "Personal Lending specialists" would qualify under this TEER/NOC code based on my title as well?
Also, since I have worked as a Customer contact centre associate for almost a year now (since, sept, 2022), getting promoted to this position and then Applying for express entry would still qualify me under this NOC code right? and would my experience from my current position be counted towards the 1560 hours I need??
Please help me clarify this, would be much appreciated and would really relieve me of this dilemma!!!!
